What To Do:
1. Cook the Rice: In a small saucepan bring 1 ¼ cup water, ½ packet Lemon Garlic and a pinch of salt to a boil. Stir in the rice. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer until rice is just tender, about 15 minutes.
2. Grill the Squash: Heat grill to medium-high. Cut tops off squash. Slice lengthwise into ¼ inch strips. Add strips to shallow baking dish. Drizzle with ½ packet Lemon Garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Grill squash until charred and tender, 3-4 minutes per side.
