What To Do:
1. Cook the Rice: In a small saucepan bring 1 ¼ cup water and a pinch of salt to a boil. Stir in rice. Return to a boil. Reduce that to low, cover and simmer until the rice si just tender, about 15 minutes. Turn off heat. Let sit covered for 10 minutes.
2. Prep the Chicken & Skewers: Place chicken in shallow dish. Season with salt and pepper. Add slow roasted garlic and ½ Sesame Ginger to coat. Toss asparagus with ½ packet Sesame Ginger. Thread pineapple & onion onto 2 skewers
