What To Do:
1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
2. Toast Flatbreads: Place flatbreads on the baking tray and bake for 5 minutes. Adjust temperature to broil and broil for 2 minutes or until charred on the edges.
3. Prep Strawberries: While flatbreads are toasting, slice strawberries into VERY THIN slices from tip to core.
4. Prep Spread: In a small bowl, stir together the almond butter, ONLY half of the honey and pinch of cinnamon (optional).
To Serve: Spread honey-almond butter mixture over warm flatbreads, top with strawberries and drizzle each with remaining honey. Cut and serve.
