Coffee Pairings by @terraskitchen

Fruit and pastry are exceptional when paired with a medium-to-dark roast Costa Rican or Brazilian coffee.

What To Do:

1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil.

2. Toast Flatbreads: Place flatbreads on the baking tray and bake for 5 minutes. Adjust temperature to broil and broil for 2 minutes or until charred on the edges.

3. Prep Strawberries: While flatbreads are toasting, slice strawberries into VERY THIN slices from tip to core.

4. Prep Spread: In a small bowl, stir together the almond butter, ONLY half of the honey and pinch of cinnamon (optional).

To Serve: Spread honey-almond butter mixture over warm flatbreads, top with strawberries and drizzle each with remaining honey. Cut and serve.

Pro Tip:

For a strawberry flower, fan the strawberry slices out onto the flatbreads starting from the outside and working in a circular pattern to the inside.
Spice it Up!: Finish with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar for a little sweet acid kick.

Sure, our TK food containers are recyclable, but we’d rather you upcycle them first. We’re partial to using them to sprout our garden seeds, but we’d love to see how creative you are! Tag us in your photos with @terraskitchen and #terraskitchen.
