What To Do:

1. Beef may arrive slightly frozen. Thaw as needed.

2. Make Sauce: Stir together tamari, garlic and sriracha in a small bowl.

3. Brown Ground Beef: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef to skillet and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until browned, breaking up meat until it crumbles. Remove from skillet.

4. Sauté Vegetables: Coat skillet with cooking spray. Add squash, zucchini and mushrooms. Sauté 5 to 6 or until vegetables are tender.

5. Finish Dish: Return beef to skillet with vegetables. Add sauce and cook 2 minutes or until warmed through.

To Serve: Divide beef and vegetable stir-fry evenly between 2 bowls or plates. Sprinkle with scallions.
