What To Do:

1. Beyond Burger® may arrive slightly frozen. Thaw as needed.

2. Make Spicy Mayo: Stir together mayonnaise and sriracha in a small bowl.

3. Make Dressing: Grate zest from lime. Cut lime in half. Squeeze juice from ONLY one half of lime (use the other half to jazz up fizzy water). Whisk together lime zest, lime juice, honey, brown sugar and 1 tablespoon canola oil in a medium serving bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Cook Burgers: Preheat a lightly greased nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook burgers 3 minutes. Turn and cook 3 more minutes, basting with ONLY half of hoisin sauce after turning.

5. Make Salad: Coarsely chop basil. Add basil, carrots, spinach and ONLY half of scallions to dressing in bowl, tossing well to coat.

To Serve: Place a burger onto each of 2 plates. Drizzle with spicy mayo, extra hoisin (if desired) and serve with salad. Garnish with remaining scallions.

Pro Tip:

Make this 100% plant-based by replacing the mayo with plant-based mayo and using agave instead of honey.
