What To Do:
1. Grill peppers: Toss
peppers with 2 teaspoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ tsp pepper. Heat an oiled grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add peppers. Grill 4 to 5 minutes or until charred and tender.
2. Grill steak and asparagus: Rub steak with 2 teaspoons olive oil, and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Toss asparagus with 2 teaspoons olive oil, and sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Place both steak and asparagus on hot grill pan. Grill steak 5 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Grill asparagus 4 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
