What To Do:

1. Chicken may arrive slightly frozen. Thaw as needed.

2. Cook Tomatoes: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat with cooking spray and add tomatoes and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Sauté 3 minutes or until tomatoes begin to burst. Add balsamic vinegar and garlic, and remove from skillet.

3. Cook Asparagus: Coat skillet with cooking spray. Add asparagus to skillet and sauté 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from skillet.

4. Brown Chicken: Coat chicken with cooking spray and sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Brown chicken 3 minutes on each side.

5. Finish Dish: Top chicken evenly with cheese and surround with tomatoes. Cover and cook 2 minutes or until cheese melts and chicken is done.

To Serve: Thinly slice basil. Divide chicken and asparagus evenly between serving plates and sprinkle chicken with basil.

Pro Tip:

Roll the basil up tightly in a cigar shape and then slice.

Spice it Up!: Add a pinch of crushed red pepper to the tomatoes.
