What To Do:
1. Ground beef may arrive slightly frozen. Thaw as needed.
2. Brown Beef: Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ground beef. Cook 5 minutes or until browned.
3. Cook Pasta: Stir in penne, chipotle salsa, 2 cups water, cumin (optional), ONLY 1 teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
