What To Do:
1. Ground beef may arrive slightly frozen. Thaw as needed.
2. Brown beef: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ground beef. Cook 5 minutes or until browned.
3. Cook pasta: Stir in penne, chipotle salsa, 5 cups water, (a pinch of ground cumin if you have it on hand), chili powder, 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
