What To Do:
1. Heat a lightly oiled grill or grill pan to medium high.
2. Liberally season both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
3. Cook Steak: Place the steak on the hot grill and cook until browned on the underside (about 2 minutes). Turn over and continue cooking until desired doneness/temperature is reached when tested with a meat thermometer (see Pro Tip). Allow to rest while making salad.
4. Prep Salad: While the steak is cooking, finely dice jalapeno. Roughly chop parsley. Cut lime in half.
