What To Do:
1. Prepare Stock: Whisk together 3¾ cups very hot water and chicken stock concentrate. Pour into a 3- to 4-quart slow cooker.
2. Prepare Soup in Slow Cooker: Add salsa, corn, black beans, pico de gallo, ONLY 1 tablespoon chili powder, ONLY 1 tablespoon cumin, ONLY ¼teaspoon crushed red pepper, ½ teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Break up turkey into large chunks and add to slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW setting 6 to 8 hours.
