1. Turkey may arrive slightly frozen. Thaw as needed.

2. Prep Basil: Set aside a few basil leaves for garnish. Chop remaining basil.

3. Make Turkey Patties: Gently combine chopped basil, ONLY half of garlic (use the rest to infuse olive oil), oregano, parsley and ground turkey in a medium bowl. Shape mixture into 4 even patties.

4. Cook Turkey Patties: Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Sprinkle turkey patties with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Grill patties 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from grill pan and keep warm.

5. Cook Vegetables: Coat vegetables with cooking spray and sprinkle with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Grill vegetables 4 to 5 minutes or until browned and tender.

To Serve: Divide vegetables evenly between 2 serving plates. Top with turkey patties and garnish with reserved basil.

Pro Tip:

Don’t be tempted to press on the turkey burgers as they cook—it’ll press out all of the juices and dry them out.
Spice it Up!: Add a pinch of crushed red pepper and ground cumin to the turkey patties for some earthy heat.
