What To Do:
1. Chicken may arrive slightly frozen. Thaw as needed.
2. Make Salsa: Chop pineapple, jalapeño and cilantro. Stir together with red onion, ONLY half of lime juice, ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper, and 2 teaspoons vegetable oil in a small bowl.
3. Make Sauce: Stir together remaining lime juice, tamari and honey in a small bowl.
