Lightly coat a sauté pan or skillet with oil and place over medium-high heat. Add the beef to the center of the pan and use a stiff spatula to break the meat into a few large pieces. Continue breaking the large pieces into smaller pieces. Liberally season with salt and pepper or your favorite seasonings. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is evenly browned and there are no signs of pink.

Uses for Sautéed Ground Chuck

Add to pastas, soups, stews, tacos, creamy vegetable dishes and casseroles.
