What To Do:
1. Cook turkey: Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large skillet. Add ground turkey, cumin, ONLY 1 teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, and ONLY half of garlic.
2. Prep ingredients: Halve, pit, and peel avocados. Coarsely chop blueberries, jalapeño, and cilantro.
3. Grill avocados:Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Drizzle cut sides of avocados with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle with remaining chili powder, and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Place avocados, cut sides down, on grill (or a very hot skillet). Grill avocado 2 to 3 minutes or until grill marks appear. Remove from grill, and thinly slice.
