Wine Pairings by @grapefriend

The traditional curry pairing is a highly-fragrant lychee-flavored Gewürztraminer. Hard to say, fun to drink.

Beer Pairings

The hoppy flavor of an IPA makes it a natural choice to pair with curry seasoning.

3. Cook Couscous: Bring ¾ cup water, remaining garlic, ½ teaspoon olive oil, and ¼ teaspoon salt to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and add couscous. Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork. Stir in lemon zest, ONLY 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 teaspoons olive oil, ONLY ½ teaspoon coriander, chopped parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.

Indian Turkey Burgers with Mango Chutney - Step 4

4. Make Burgers: Combine ground turkey, curry powder, and ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 2 patties. Heat an oiled grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill burgers 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done.

To Serve: Divide couscous evenly between 2 plates. Top with turkey burgers and chutney, and garnish with parsley leaves.

Pro Tip:

Don’t be tempted to press the burgers as they grill. Doing so will cause all of the flavorful juices to escape.

Sure, our TK food containers are recyclable, but we’d rather you upcycle them first. We’re partial to using them to sprout our garden seeds, but we’d love to see how creative you are! Tag us in your photos with @terraskitchen and #terraskitchen.
