Orzo and feta? We love a Witbier for this combo, it will compliment the feta’s twang and leave you feeling not so bad about finishing the whole bowl of pasta.

TK Table Talk:

If you had your own “intro music”, what song would it be?

What To Do:

1. Cook Pasta: In a medium sauce pan over medium-high heat, add water and 2 teaspoons salt. Bring to a boil. Stir in orzo and boil, stirring occasionally, until al dente (about 6 minutes). Drain pasta and return to the pot. Stir in 2 teaspoons olive oil, cover and set aside.

Cook, breaking up with a spatula, until cooked through and just beginning to brown. Using a slotted spoon, remove ground chuck to a bowl and set aside. Remove all but 1 tablespoon of the renderings from the skillet.
