What To Do:
1. Chicken may arrive slightly frozen. Thaw as needed.
2. Prep Ingredients: Grate zest and squeeze juice from orange. Chop parsley.
3. Cook Carrots: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, and coat with cooking spray. Place carrots on prepared pan. Toss with honey, ONLY 1 packet balsamic vinegar, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, tossing occasionally, until browned and tender.
