Chicken Tenders (12 oz)

Heat a lightly oiled grill pan or grill to medium high. Liberally season chicken with salt and pepper and place on the hot grill. Cook until lightly browned on both sides (turning once) and juices run clear when pierced with a fork (about 12 minutes). Allow to rest for 5 minutes.


Season chicken liberally with salt and pepper. Heat a sauté pan or skillet to medium-high. Add 1 tablespoon oil to the pan and heat until shimmering. Reduce heat to medium, add chicken and cook until browned on both sides and juices run clear (about 6-8 minutes).


Massage chicken liberally with salt and pepper and add to a medium sauce pan. Cover with cold water by 1-inch. Bring the pot to a boil over high heat. Immediately reduce heat and simmer for 5 min. Remove pot from heat and cover. Allow to sit until the chicken is cooked through (about 12 minutes). Remove to a bowl to cool slightly

Uses for Grilled or Sautéed Chicken Tenders:

(chopped, sliced or whole) Add to salads, stir-fry, pasta, grains, sautéed vegetables or dip in your favorite sauce.

Uses for Poached Chicken Tenders:

(shredded/using two forks) Add to soups, stews, tacos, casseroles.
