What To Do:

1. Beef may arrive slightly frozen. Thaw as needed.

2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil.

3. Make Sauce: In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper and ONLY ½ teaspoon oregano. Reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes or until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Brown Meat: Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and ground beef. Brown 5 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper.

5. Bake Pizzas: Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheets. Spread evenly with sauce and top with ground beef mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.

6. Finish Topping Pizzas: Top pizzas with arugula and drizzle with olive oil.

To Serve: Cut pizzas into wedges and serve.

Pro Tip:

Add dill pickles to the tops of the cooked pizzas for authentic cheeseburger flavor.
Spice it Up!: Make the sauce spicy by stirring in ¼ to ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper.
