1. Prep Ingredients: Preheat oven to 500°F. Cut tomatoes and mozzarella in half.

2. Prep Pizzas: Spread pesto evenly onto each flatbread; place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Top flatbreads withtomatoes and mozzarella. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted and flatbread is crispy. Remove from oven and let stand.

3. Make Dressing: Whisk together balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon olive oil.

4. Finish Pizzas: Run a knife through any large pieces of basil. Top pizzas with basil. Drizzle with dressing, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

To Serve: Cut pizzas into strips or wedges and serve.
