1. Prepare the Steaks: Heat grill to medium-high. Place steaks on a plate and season with salt and pepper. Rub steaks with ½ packet Slow Roasted Garlic. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Grill the Steaks: Grill steaks until medium rare, 3-5 minutes per side. Let steaks rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
3. Grill the Peach: Halve peach. Grill peach halves, cut side down, just until charred. About 2 minutes.
To Serve: Tear mint. Arrange mint on plates with spinach. Top with pecans, sliced steak, peach halves, and French Dressing.
