Coffee Pairings by @terraskitchen

We like a medium roast coffee to finish the night with this dish. The coffee grown at high elevations in Guatemala is versatile enough to be paired with everything from strawberries and lemons to caramel.

What To Do:

1. Prep Strawberries and Basil: Quarter strawberries and chop ONLY half of the basil (save the other half to spice up your morning eggs).

2. In a small mixing bowl, stir together balsamic vinegar, ⅓ of the honeyand a pinch of black pepper. Add strawberries, and toss to coat. Set aside.

3. Stir ⅓ of the honey into the yogurt and set aside.

To Serve: Divide strawberries between two bowls, top each with a dollop of honey vanilla yogurt and sprinkle with basil. Drizzle remaining honey over the top.

Pro Tip:

Make dessert first and pop the honey yogurt mixture into the freezer while you eat dinner. The slightly frozen yogurt will be a perfect chill for this sweet ending.
Spice it up!: Sub an extra-light pinch of chipotle chili powder for the black pepper. The smoky heat will bring you to your knees thanking the recipe developer.

Sure, our TK food containers are recyclable, but we’d rather you upcycle them first. We’re partial to using them to sprout our garden seeds, but we’d love to see how creative you are! Tag us in your photos with @terraskitchen and #terraskitchen.
