Wine Pairings by @grapefriend

A floral Viognier will offset the sesame-seasoned slaw beautifully.

Beer Pairings

A smooth Blonde Ale provides a balanced bitterness to pair perfectly with this dish’s sweet and spice.

5. Grill Turkey Burgers: Heat an oiled grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add burgers. Cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done.

To Serve: Divide burgers and slaw evenly between two serving plates.

Pro Tip:

Don’t be tempted to press on the burgers as they grill. Doing so will cause all of the juices to escape and make them dry.
