What To Do:
1. Turkey may arrive slightly frozen. Thaw as needed.
2. Prep Ingredients: Slice radishes into thin strips. Chop cilantro.
3. Make Slaw: Stir together sesame oil, soy sauce, ONLY half of garlic, honey and red wine vinegar in a serving bowl. Add cabbage, carrots, radishes, cilantro, ONLY half of scallions and salt and pepper to taste. Toss well.
