What To Do:
1. Grill the Steak: Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Season steak with salt and pepper. Rub on ½ packet Slow Roasted Garlic. Grill steak until medium rare, 3-5 minutes per side. Let rest 5 minutes before thinly slicing against the grain.
2. Saute the Peppers: Heat ½ packet Southwest Ranch in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high. Add peppers to skillet. Cook, tossing, until tender, 3-5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
