What To Do:
1. Prep Ingredients: Slice radishes into thin strips. Chop cilantro.
2. Make Slaw: Stir together sesame oil, soy sauce, ONLY half of garlic, honey, and red wine vinegar in a serving bowl. Add cabbage, carrots, radishes, cilantro, ONLY half of scallions, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss well.
