What To Do:
1. Brown beef: Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ground beef. Cook
5 minutes or until browned.
2. Cook pasta: Stir in penne, chipotle salsa, 2½ cups water, cumin, ONLY
1 teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
