What To Do:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil.
2. Make Sauce: In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, Π teaspoon salt, Σ teaspoon pepper, and ONLY Π teaspoon oregano. Reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes or until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Brown Meat: Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and ground beef. Brown 5 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and Σ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
