Wine Pairings by @grapefriend

Go for a light, refreshing Friulano that has more flavor and body than Pinot Grigio.

For a mild Asian flavor like this dish, we like a Japanese Rice Lager.

TK Table Talk:

Who is your oldest friend? Where did you meet them?

What To Do:

Cauliflower Fried Rice- Step 1

1. Make Cauliflower Rice: Add cauliflower to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until broken into rice-size pieces.

2. Heat a wok to hot. Add in 1 table-spoon oil, garlic, onion and ONLY ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper (use more if you like it hot). Stir for 30 seconds.

Cauliflower Fried Rice- Step 2

3. Stir-fry Cauliflower “Rice”: Add cauliflower and ¼ teaspoon salt to the wok and cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Remove to a bowl.

Cauliflower Fried Rice- Step 3

4. Stir-fry Vegetables: Place the wok back over high heat and add 1 tablespoon oil, sesame oil, broccoli, carrots and corn. Cook, stirring until broccoli is cooked through but still has a crunch (3-4 minutes).

Cauliflower Fried Rice- Step 4

5. Finish Stir-fry: Add cauliflower rice and soy sauce into the wok and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.

To Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve straight from the wok!

Pro Tip:

Don’t have a food processor? Use a box grater to grate your cauliflower and finish off with a chef’s knife.

Sure, our TK food containers are recyclable, but we’d rather you upcycle them first. We’re partial to using them to sprout our garden seeds, but we’d love to see how creative you are! Tag us in your photos. #tklife
